On Sunday August 26th at 1305 hours, Tower 926 was dispatched as part of the Gloucester County Regional Structural Task Force to Pitman to provide a cover as they were battling dwelling fire at 57 North Oak Avenue. During the response the Task Force, Engine 911, Engine 811, Engine 511, Rescue 738, Tower 926, and Tender 1914, were sent into the job as the fourth alarm. Upon arrival the Tower 926 crew were detailed to the suppression group and given tasks on the first and second floors. The Dwelling was a 3 story duplex with heavy fire in the basement which traveled up the balloon frame construction to the attic. The fire was placed under control by command and once the Task force crew members had completed rehab, they were released from the scene at 1507 hours.
