On Thursday December 16, 2021 at 7pm, The Gloucester County Fire Academy held its Firefighter One 2021 Fall Semester Graduation. The event took place at the Rowan College of Gloucester County Fine Arts Center. The Firefighter One students started their quest to become firefighters in August of 2021 and with all their hard work are graduating in December 2021. The Tacoma Fire Company had two members among the graduates, Firefighters Aaron Yanginski and Brian Hampton. These two new firefighters will now join the ranks of the Deptford Fire Department, assigned to the Tacoma Boulevard Station.
Firefighter Aaron Yanginski took home the top Academic Honor Award for having the highest academic scores. A Job Well Done!!!!!
