On Saturday December 17th, “Ole St Nicholas” contacted the membership of the Tacoma Fire Company and asked for an escort around town to meet all of the good little boys and girls and the adults too! Brush Truck 925 took the place of Rudolph and the members of the fire company took the place of the elves and Santa was proudly escorted to meet everyone in the neighborhoods. The weather was brisk but that did not deter us from making our rounds. A special “Thank You” to the neighbors who provided the elves with refreshments along our route. Liberty Way was so much fun to be at on Saturday. The whole neighborhood joined in to welcome Santa. Another Shout Out to the Westville Public Works Department to allowing us to use Santa’s Sleigh.
